Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Avril’s Aromas. Every order is carefully prepared and packed by hand before being sent on its way to you.

 

UK Delivery

Standard UK delivery is £3.99.

Spend £30 or more and you’ll receive FREE UK delivery.

Orders are sent using Royal Mail or Evri, depending on the size and weight of your parcel.

 

Processing Times

As Avril’s Aromas is a small handmade business, please allow time for your order to be carefully prepared and packed before dispatch.

We aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. During particularly busy periods, processing may take a little longer.

If your order contains a personalised or made-to-order product, please check the individual product page for any additional processing times.

 

Delivery

Once dispatched, delivery times may vary depending on the courier and circumstances outside our control.

You will receive confirmation when your order has been dispatched.

Please make sure your delivery address is correct when placing your order. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to help, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived when expected, please get in touch with us and we will do our best to help.

Occasionally parcels can be delayed while in the courier’s network, particularly during busy periods.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

 

We take great care when packing every Avril’s Aromas order.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging.

We’ll work with you to put things right.

Returns

 

If you wish to return an eligible item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
